The service is good, although there may be noise disturbances. The location offers easy access to restaurants and shops but can be noisy due to its main road position. The dining experience may not cater well to Westerners, and breakfast is basic. The facilities are adequate but not exceptional.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was nice, I had a suite with a large balcony which was perfect for relaxing. However, the room without a balcony facing the pool wasn't very big and only had 2 hangers for a 5-night stay. The service was excellent with room service and housekeeping available. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the main square and 20 minutes to the beach. The dining experience wasn't what I expected; it was more local food than international options. Despite that, the facilities were good, especially the nice swimming pool.
The hotel was a bit deceiving at first, but turned out to be a gem with great shops and a vibrant atmosphere once you explore the back. The rooms were spacious and offered a good deal that included breakfast for a family of five, although cleanliness could be improved. Service was exceptional with a variety of convenient amenities available. Prices were fair for what was offered.
